About me
My name is Karol Będkowski working in real estate is a passion for me because it generates constant challenges in me. I am able to face any task. My approach to work is very personal I treat things as my own. The greatest satisfaction brings me to see them through to the end and the satisfaction of those who entrusted me with this task. I gained my professional experience in various places in Poland, including Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Torun and Poznan. In the work of an Agent I appreciate the great variety and changing circumstances.

By education, I have a master’s degree in management and administration. I deepened my passion for real estate at the University of Economics in Poznan by earning a diploma in Economics and Market Service of Real Estate Management and Consulting. In addition, I also graduated in Real Estate Management and Developer Projects at the University of Gdansk. Nowadays, the real estate market is very dynamic and changing at a rapid pace. Therefore, in order to be an effective real estate agent, you need to be up to date with the latest trends and changes in the market. I believe that I am well prepared for this role. Having managed dozens to hundreds of people in corporations, I have gained a wealth of professional experience which will certainly be useful in advising the client in choosing a property.
Activity area
Working in real estate is a combination of work and pleasure. My approach to clients is very individual and I always adapt to the property in question and the needs of the client. Satisfaction of the client and securing his interests is very important to me. My specialty is advising on the purchase of investment properties such as all kinds of land and residential buildings.
