About me
My name is Lesya Kapitonova and I am a member of the Etalon Estate Group team. Although I am a music teacher by education, I have been passionately and purposefully developing my career in real estate since 2022. My real estate adventure started recently, but I have already achieved success and gained the trust of my clients. My language skills and understanding of the specific needs of clients from Eastern countries make me their favorite intermediary.
Qualifications
I successfully passed the real estate agent exam and received license No. 30129 from the Polish Real Estate Market Federation, which allows me to professionally conduct real estate transactions. My determination and desire to constantly develop allow me to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and experience in the industry. I cooperate with experienced professionals to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Activity area
I work on the territory of Poznan and its surroundings. I help clients realize their dreams of owning their own apartment or investing in real estate by offering full support at every stage of the transaction – from finding the perfect offer, negotiations to finalizing the purchase. My approach is based on personalized approach to each client, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring my services to their expectations. I focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism, striving to make each client feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
